About Jimena Cordero

Jime is a dynamic, multifaceted entrepreneur who co-founded a leading non-toxic pest control company over a decade ago. This business venture allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of what the housing market has to offer in Costa Rica – having visited thousands of homes throughout the years. Her first hand experience visiting myriad properties in different locations cultivated a sense of passion for design and architecture, and organically generated a great platform to compare and contrast the different properties in the market. She attributes her success as an entrepreneur to her commitment to deliver top quality, tailored customer service and to create mutually beneficial long term relationships with her clients where trust is the main pillar. She loves to live by the ocean, to have fun at the beach and to explore our beautiful natural surrounding along with her daughter, Perla.
